At InUSA Luggage, we want you to travel with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused luggage within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused luggage in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags, protective films, and accessories are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
